At ACD GALLERY, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
